Planing: Proposal+Budget
We started our first meeting around 2 hours for discussed about what we need to do, our tools and the color scheme and design for that place. After we discussed, I am in charge of cleaning. First, we need to prepare tools for cleaning such as cloth, then clean that place.
Transformation : Execution
Our second meeting, we are discussing in 1 hour about when we like to go, because we need to go for 2-3 times, brought the big materials and tools to that place, build the wooden drain.
At the first time we go, we take around one and half hours journey from Taylor's University to Kg Orang Asli Serendah, that is really far away. When we arrived, we just put the big tools and material like ladder and some buckets in the storeroom.
Last day, in 15th June morning, we met and brief first at the campus by 9.00 a.m.
Then, we go there around two hours because of traffic jam. When we arrived, we try to clean the drains and the wall before we paint it. The drains were keeping many rubbish and each kind of insects are staying there. After this, we take a short break for lunch and waiting for the wall dry. We began to paint the exterior, including wall, door and staircase. At this moment, some people clear the useless weed and plants there, avoid the mosquito breeding.
Submission : Finale
Finally, we finished our mission from 11.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Even this task is hard and spend too long time, but when we finished that is so proud for us, its progress also has some fun and make me happy.
